Building update!

We wanted to give you a quick update on the church/school building at the El-Shaddaih Orphanage. Everyone there has been working hard on the building and they’ve accomplished so much! The next step, to make the building usable, is to finish the roof. The metal sheeting for the roof was supposed to be purchased from one vendor, but because of Covid, it isn’t available right now or in the foreseeable future. The other option to purchase the metal roof sheeting is coming in $4,000 above the initial budget. The Board of Directors at BESI have decided to go ahead and try to raise the $4,000 so that the building can get finished as soon as possible.

Below is a video that Blessings made about the metal sheets for the roof. In the video, it’s amazing to see how far the church/school building has come. So much of the work has been done by the children and staff at the orphanage.
