Our child spotlight for today is sweet Favor.  Favor was brought to the orphanage by the chief of her village when she was only a year old.  Her Mother is blind and was unable to care for her. Thankfully, Favor was able to find a home at the orphanage and people to take care of her every day.  She is now 6 years old, and her mother does come to visit her at the orphanage once in a while.  Favor is able to attend school, receive healthcare, and doesn’t have to worry about where her next meal will come from.

Thank you to all of the people who have felt called to donate.  We appreciate our donors so very much!  The orphanage could not continue on without your support. Every dollar is important. We, at BESI (Blessings for El-Shaddiah Inc.), do not take a paycheck or a cut of the donations given.  All of our time is donated and many expenses (website upkeep, IRS fillings, etc.) are donated as well.
